A graduate of Colfax High School, Valerie’s upbringing in a family deeply connected to real estate and lending set the foundation for her future career. In 2007, she married a U.S. Marine and moved across the country, living in North Carolina and Texas. During this 13-year military journey, Valerie became well-versed in the unique needs of military families. Valerie’s own experience as a military spouse gives her a deep understanding of relocation challenges, making her especially equipped to help those in similar situations.

Education & Career Path:
Valerie earned her BA in Liberal Studies, with a minor in Mathematics, from San Jose State University in 2007. Initially, she worked in education before transitioning into various sales roles. She later served as a transaction coordinator in lending, honing her skills for the real estate industry. Valerie earned her real estate license in 2021 and has since built a reputation for her meticulous approach and dedication to her clients.

Growing up in a family with strong ties to the lending and real estate industries, Valerie’s interest in the field developed early on. Her father, a lender who owned his own business, and her sister, a fellow lending professional, shaped her passion for real estate.
